Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Nova Rewards you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country of residence, and you must not be barred from using the service under applicable law or partner rules.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts, or sharing an account, is a breach of these terms.
Tasks and rewards
Tasks are supplied by third-party partners. Availability, requirements and reward amounts are set by those partners and can change or be withdrawn at any time.
A reward is earned only when the partner reports the task as validly completed. Reported conversions may be reversed by the partner, in which case the corresponding reward is reversed on the platform.
We do not promise any level of earnings, and nothing on this site should be read as an income guarantee.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use automated tools, emulators, VPN or proxy services to misrepresent your location or device, falsified personal details, incentivised fake installs, or any other method intended to trigger a reward without genuinely completing the task.
Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may have rewards reversed, withdrawals refused and access suspended or terminated.
Wallet and withdrawals
Your wallet reflects rewards recorded on the platform. Pending amounts are not payable until they settle.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed before settlement. We may request additional verification, and we may refuse a payout where fraud, chargebacks or partner reversals are involved.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that a partner requires us to remove, or where we are required to act by law.
You may close your account at any time. Reversed or fraudulent balances are not payable on closure.
Liability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for partner decisions outside our control.
