To operate your account, attribute completed tasks to you and maintain an accurate reward history.
To detect and prevent fraud, which is a condition of our partner agreements.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations connected to payouts.
Sharing with partners
Task attribution requires sending an identifier to the partner when you open a task. We share the minimum needed for that attribution and do not sell personal data.
Payout providers receive the information necessary to send your payment.
Retention
Account and transaction records are retained while your account is open and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep financial records.
Security and fraud records are kept for as long as they remain relevant to protecting the platform.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, or a copy in portable form, and you may object to certain processing.
Requests can be made through the contact page and are answered within the period required by applicable law.
Security
Sensitive operations run server-side. Access to reward and payout data is restricted by database-level row security, and administrative access is separated from ordinary user access.
