How it works
From task to payout, with validation at every step
Understand how tasks, partner validation, reward crediting and payouts work on Nova Rewards.
1. Account and eligibility
You create an account and confirm your email. Task availability is filtered by country, device and partner rules, so two accounts will not always see the same list.
2. Starting a task
Opening a task creates a tracked session that links your account, the task and the partner offer. The reward, requirements and estimated time shown on the task are the ones recorded for that session.
3. Partner validation
When you finish the required actions, the partner sends a signed server-to-server callback. The platform verifies the signature, records the raw event, and only then treats the task as complete. Completion is never accepted from the browser.
4. Reward crediting
A validated conversion produces a wallet transaction. Rewards start as pending while the partner's reversal window is open, then move to available. Your balances are derived from these transactions, not edited directly.
5. Withdrawal
Once your available balance meets the payout minimum, you can request a withdrawal. Requests are reviewed before they are settled, and each state change is recorded on the request.
Balance definitions
Each balance answers a different question, which is why they are tracked separately.
Pending
Rewards confirmed by a partner but still inside the reversal window.
Available
Rewards that have settled and can be requested for payout.
Withdrawn
The total value already paid out to you.
Lifetime earned
Everything credited to your account since registration.
